Technical Sales Engineer
Arrow Electronics
• Have full ownership over designated customers within the United Kingdom • Develop and execute customer technology and commercial strategy and plans based on greatest opportunities for growth, through fact-based analysis and in-depth customer knowledge • Develop customer relationships at all levels; understand engineering careabouts, build customer technical profiles including hierarchy, strategy, products and end-markets • Identify projects at earliest stage of design cycle and understand what challenge is being solved • Co-ordinate Arrow Engineering teams and supplier resource to maximize product offering across all technologies and suppliers • Program manage customer engagement throughout the lifecycle • Communicate customer/project information to Internal Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Project Management teams • Pro-actively develop and manage demand creation pipeline, maintain project tracking database • Work closely with Internal Sales throughout project lifecycle to drive pipeline conversion to billings
