Business Analyst – Automation, AI

Experian

• Work with teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI improvements • Help define and evaluate use cases for automation and AI, ensuring they align with business goals • Translate business needs into clear and simple requirements, including workflows and data needs • Create and maintain documentation such as process maps, use cases, and data flows • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support design, testing, and rollout of solutions • Support tracking of automation initiatives and follow established governance and best practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or AI-related projects
  • Experience with technical concepts such as APIs, data structures, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with AI or automation tools (such as conversational AI, intelligent agents, or low-code platforms)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience working with Agile teams
