• Work in consulting and in delivering courses/training on people management and corporate matters, supporting law firms in people management and leadership, including developing professional development plans (career plans), partner/shareholders' agreements, and related activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Postgraduate degree in People Management, Strategic Management, Business Management, or related fields
- Experience as a consultant in People Management and/or Corporate matters
- Experience developing Professional Development Plans (Career Plans) for law firms
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and productivity tools (Outlook, WhatsApp Business Web, Teams, OneDrive, Trello)
- Advanced knowledge of major legal practice management software
- Advanced knowledge of flowcharts, organizational charts, workflows, procedures, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Knowledge of ISO standards and Bitrix24 will be considered advantages
- Knowledge of technology applied to the legal field will be considered a plus
- Experience drafting partner/shareholders' agreements for law firms will be considered an advantage
- Communicative profile with excellent writing skills; committed, proactive, responsible and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
