Principal Business Consultant – Adaptive ERP
QAD
• Conduct high-impact, interactive client discovery sessions to uncover deep business pain points, strategic goals, and operational bottlenecks • Actively participate in the qualification process, analysing prospect requirements to ensure that our Adaptive ERP solutions are a perfect fit • Design, build, and deliver compelling software demonstrations and executive presentations • Partner with the sales team to build customised win strategies, craft RFP/RFI responses, and navigate complex technical evaluations • Maintain a premier level of knowledge regarding QAD’s suite of solutions and manufacturing industry trends
Job Requirements
- Five+ years within a sales environment selling ERP
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high morale and activity levels during long-tail deals
- Proven track record in a customer-facing Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within the enterprise software (SaaS) space
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality management principles
- The ability to think on your feet, translate technical jargon into business value
- Experience with Generative AI in the workplace to make tasks efficient
