Job Description
Staff Product Manager – Exteriors
ServiceTitan
• Define and own the roadmap for a cohesive product area within the Exteriors vertical, with a clear vision aligned to company goals and customer outcomes. • Architect scalable, AI-powered solutions—including intelligent recommendations, automated workflows, and agentic experiences—that improve insights and reduce manual work for operators at scale. • Set measurable, multi-quarter goals and lead cross-functional teams toward them with rigor and transparency. • Lead deep customer discovery and market research to build fluency in how roofing, siding, and glass businesses actually operate—and translate that into clear, compelling product strategy. • Proactively identify and remove technical and organizational blockers before they impede delivery. • Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, and GTM leadership to align execution and deliver features that drive real business value.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in enterprise B2B SaaS; experience in the trades or field-service products a strong plus.
- Experience partnering on or shipping AI-powered features, with a clear point of view on how intelligent automation can change what's possible for customers.
- Strong analytical and communication skills—you know how to measure what matters, even in messy problem spaces, and translate that into clear direction for teams and stakeholders.
- Strong instincts for workflow analysis: you can map how a business operates, identify where it breaks down, and design solutions that fit how people actually work.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity—you can make smart, well-reasoned decisions without waiting for complete information.
- Demonstrated ability to own a complex product area end-to-end—from ambiguous problem space through scaled adoption.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, operates with ownership, and holds themselves accountable to outcomes, not just outputs.
Benefits
- Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career.
- Comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events.
- Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.
- Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision (with 100% employer paid options and 90% coverage for dependents), FSA and HSA, 401k match, and telehealth options including memberships to One Medical.
- Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, up to $20k in fertility services (i.e. IUI and IVF), surrogacy, and adoption reimbursement, on demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping through Maven Milk, pet insurance, legal advisory services, financial planning tools, and more.
