We're looking for someone like you to lead a team of experienced professionals and bring your expertise and passion to assist with pre- and post-award contract activities while working closely with our Space Force clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives. As a Program Integrator, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and Space Force clients to architect and develop large-scale space and ground systems. You will work directly with clients and an integrated, multi-functional team to develop new systems or modify existing systems. You will focus on the full life cycle of programs from initial concept design through development, test, and fielding. You will be responsible for proactive identification of project risks, assessing quantitative data, developing presentations and dashboards to communicate program status, supporting management of program budgets, developing and track detailed schedules, monitoring and managing scope change, assessing risk and developing mitigation plans and managing stakeholder communications. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining client consensus on quality products, you'll provide meaningful Program Integration support. You Have: - 12+ years of experience with acquisition reporting, program management, and DoD contracting and budgetary processes - 7+ years of experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) pathways, DoDI 5000 series, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) - Experience working in a Space Systems Command (SSC) or Program Management Office (PMO) and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams - Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery - Experience working independently developing products for internal and external stakeholders - Experience interpreting requirements and developing solutions - Experience synthesizing inputs, drafting presentations, and briefing senior Government leaders - Experience using Microsoft 365 - Secret clearance - Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: - Experience with space or ground technologies and systems - Experience with agile software development - Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) - Experience with SEV, previously LCMP, and GenAI.mil - Master's degree - APDP PM Level II or PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
