Wir nennen das Performance Engineering - wir starten bei den Zahlen und optimieren auf CAC, Deckungsbeitrag und LTV statt auf ROAS-Illusionen. Aufgaben: - AI Creative Producer erstellst du Werbeanzeigen, die nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch verkaufen. - Dein Spielfeld: AI-first Creative-Produktion für Video & Static. - Produktion von Performance-Creatives für Video und Static mit klarem Fokus auf Meta. - Nutzung von AI zur Beschleunigung von Research, Ideengenerierung, Copy-Varianten und Creative-Ableitungen. - Übersetzung von Performance-Daten in strukturierte Creative-Konzepte. - Entwicklung zahlreicher Varianten, die systematisch getestet werden. AI-gestützte Video-Produktion: - Produktion von Performance-Videos AI-first. - Entwicklung von Skript-Ansätzen, visuellen Konzepten, Hook-Varianten, Text-Overlays und Messaging. - Kombination von vorhandenem Footage, UGC, Stock-Material und AI-generierten Assets zu skalierbaren Video-Ads. AI-gestützte Static-Produktion: - Entwicklung von Static-Ads als eigenständigen Performance-Kanal. - Erstellung von Visual Concepts, Headlines, Claims und Layout-Varianten mit Hilfe von AI. - Systematische Ableitung weiterer Tests aus einem starken Static. Datenbasierte Iteration: - Kennzahlen wie CTR, Thumb-Stop-Rate, Hold-Rate und CAC sind Grundlage für klare Entscheidungen. - Gemeinsame Arbeit mit dem Creative Strategist und den Media Buyern. Qualifications - Sehr hohe AI-Affinität und praktische Erfahrung mit gängigen AI-Tools zur Bild- und Videogenerierung. - Praxis in Editing/Post-Production (idealerweise DaVinci Resolve) sowie in der Erstellung und Optimierung von Static-Ads (Adobe, Canva, Photoroom o. ä.). - Strukturierte, testorientierte Arbeitsweise und analytisch-konzeptionelle Stärke. - Teamplayer-Mindset und proaktive, lückenlose Kommunikation. Requirements - Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise mit starkem Meta-Fokus. - E-Commerce-Praxis, im besten Fall mit High-Ticket und/oder Subscription/Recurring Business. - Starkes Verständnis für Creative-Performance-Mechaniken und ausgeprägtes Gespür für Hooks und visuelles Storytelling.
