HR Project Manager

• Oversee job requisition lifecycle, ensuring roles are accurately scoped, approved, and opened. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize hiring needs and monitor progress against staffing plans. • Maintain job descriptions and profiles in alignment with job architecture and leveling frameworks. • Manage headcount reporting and workforce data across the Americas distribution network. • Monitor vacancies, workforce changes, and organizational movements. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR systems, including job and organizational updates. • Maintain HR KPI scorecards to track site performance. • Compile and organize data for talent reviews and succession planning discussions. • Coordinate performance management processes. • Facilitate internal mobility, promotions, and organizational changes. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and consistent application of company policies. • Collaborate with site HR teams to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment. • Provide HR business partner support to a small client group spread across the United States.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience supporting distribution, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
  • Strong experience in requisition management, workforce data, and HR reporting.
  • Experience supporting hourly populations and multi-site environments.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and reporting tools.
