• Provide project management for IBM Z software migration projects and coordinate multiple technical workstreams as required. • Define project scope, develop plans and timelines, manage resources, and track execution against milestones and deliverables. • Report status, scope changes, risks, challenges, and requirements to leadership and stakeholders. • Apply planning, tracking, change control, and risk management practices to support successful delivery. • Support vendor coordination and alignment of workstreams to business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Strong technical project management experience, ideally in software migration or IBM Z environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical teams with responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, risk, and contractual deliverables.
- Experience leading or supporting migration programs that replace competitive / ISV tools with IBM solutions across the IBM Z estate.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of IBM mainframe technologies and IBM Z software
- Ability to assess migration impact on existing processes and support structured change management

• Oversee project team members’ milestones and performance as compared to project plan, scope, budget, resources, and schedule.
