Executive Assistant to the President

• Provide executive support to the President and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external requests. • Complete a broad variety of tasks for the President including managing an extremely active calendar, expense reports, and detailed travel plans. • Work closely with the president to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. • Act as a 'gatekeeper' and 'gateway' for the President's time. • Prepare or finalize content for leadership team meetings and summarize discussions.
Job Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive
- Be tech savvy, able to source new tools and technologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Have Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Have very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Be highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective independently in a fast paced environment
- Be a forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
