• Provide consulting services to the Marketing teams • Own the delivery of multi-channel data-driven campaigns • Provide proactive consulting and advice on best practice campaign design • Main liaison point between the Client and internal & external technical teams • Support the marketing automation platform from a technical and process perspective • Analyze data, design, implement and document technical solutions • Produce process documentation for stakeholders

• Conduct remote software onboarding and training engagements on all Omatic Software products • Develop expertise on Omatic products and remain well-versed on product features and functionality • Accurately assess customer requirements • Configure systems and provide testing support • Write and deliver professional documentation customized to the individual needs of each customer • Deliver engagements on time and within budget • Accurately track and report project hours, notes, and status within Omatic’s internal systems • Conduct internal software trainings • Assist Omatic Sales with selling Onboarding services

• Provide consulting services and implement the SGU GPL Billing module; • Negotiate processes, deadlines, task changes, training and project documentation with the client; • Assist in process mapping, deliver user training, and oversee all stages of the implementation, ensuring effective communication between the client and the involved team; • Participate in regular meetings to maintain continuous project alignment and prepare planned work roadmaps, optimizing activities; • Monitor schedules, control deadlines and deliverables, and perform post-implementation follow-up to ensure appropriate use of products and services; • Stay up to date with legal requirements that affect the product, assess their impact and promote necessary adjustments. Perform related activities as directed by leadership.

• Responsible for the deployment and/or support of Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the project lifecycle • Executes tasks within projects on time and within Strada quality standards for client deliverables • Continues to specialize and deepen skill set within an area, e.g., such as Compensation, Benefits, Financials, etc. • Able to create work estimates for smaller bodies of work • Develops working relationships with other members of the project team, management and external clients to deliver projects effectively • Has targeted conversations with client in area(s) of focus and provides consultative advice and recommendations • Leads discussions with clients on basic scope and solutions to influence client decisions and project deliverables • Provides direction and guidance internally to less experienced colleagues by directing and reviewing their deliverables
