Partner Incentives and Strategic Programs Manager

• responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of global partner-facing incentives • combine financial rigor with creative program design to simplify the partner experience • optimize sales alignment and provide insights for executive decision-making • Lead the modeling, set-up, execution and reporting of Partner Seller Rewards • Lead budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing funding insight • Manage terms & conditions and compliance frameworks • Align with legal, finance, and brand compliance • Lead all aspects of dashboard design, vendor onboarding, and IT requirements • Analyze program performance to recommend improvements • Serve as the primary point of contact for go-to-market alignment, marketing, and change management teams • Work with leadership to help build, socialize, and implement global channel partner related strategic projects
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of channel partner experience in the technology industry
- 5-8 years of formal program management experience
- Expert-level Excel skills
- forecasting and experience with Contra and OPEX rules
- Validated ability to lead global programs with cross-functional team members
- Expertise in writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- collaborating with IT/Ops to build partner-facing tools
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

• Design, govern, and maintain SGS’s global job architecture and job grading systems • Lead market benchmarking and salary range design; analyze internal compensation practices and labor market trends to inform merit budgets and pay decisions • Support short- and long-term incentive plan design (cash and equity) • Interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and assess business impact of reward decisions • Provide expert guidance to HR and senior leaders across a global, multicultural environment • Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing team and coach colleagues on reward topics • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Administers and maintains the company’s health, welfare, and retirement benefits programs across the Americas region, including group medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, retirement savings, and time-off policies • Oversees the annual open enrollment process, wellness initiatives, ACA reporting, non-discrimination testing, and 401(k) plan administration for ~2,000 domestic employees • Manages the end-to-end interactive process for ADA/accommodations, partnering closely with Legal, People Business Partners, and People Services Team to ensure compliant, compassionate outcomes • Holds carriers and TPAs accountable to rigid SLAs
