Accountabilities - Own a $1M+ portfolio of client business and event revenue. - Oversee 20+ events annually, including leading 3+ large-scale programs exceeding $100K in revenue. - Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key clients. - Manage project profitability, budgets, and resource allocation. - Develop, coach, and hold accountable a team of 2–3 direct reports. - Collaborate across Creative, Production, Operations, and contractor teams to ensure exceptional execution. - Identify opportunities for client retention, growth, and long-term partnership.
