• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for physicians and providers, including setup and training on telehealth platforms, audiovisual (AV) systems, EMR, and communication tools • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless system access and functionality • Support physician scheduling processes and assist with staffing models and forecasting to meet service demand • Monitor provider utilization and contribute to workforce planning efforts • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and system usage protocols • Maintain and evaluate demand and supply models to forecast trends and optimize planning strategies.

• Own two critical pillars of our fintech business: bookkeeping operations and capital operations • Build and lead the operational foundation for Jobber's bookkeeping product • Run the operational backbone of Jobber's lending products • Build and own the reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility into capital performance, and bookkeeping health • Design and document the policies, controls, and standard operating procedures that underpin your areas of ownership • Partner closely with Support, Legal, Finance, Product, Analytics and Engineering to ensure compliance and operational requirements get embedded early

• Hold the 3PL partner accountable to contracted SLAs and KPIs by monitoring performance, conducting structured reviews, and tracking corrective actions for any identified gaps. • Serve as the primary liaison between the 3PL partner and Spreetail’s central functions (Technology, Transportation, Account Management), translating strategic requirements into clear operational instructions. • Monitor real-time inventory levels, order statuses, and shipment planning via our WMS (Linnworks) to ensure on-time delivery and proactively flag discrepancies across B2B and B2C flows. • Ensure strict 3PL adherence to Spreetail’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), acting as the lead point of contact for rolling out system updates, new SOPs, or new client onboardings. • Produce regular operational reports for internal stakeholders and analyze WMS data to track metrics like on-time shipment (OTS), order accuracy, and inbound receive performance. • Identify continuous process improvement opportunities within 3PL operations and build collaborative, solutions-focused relationships to implement effective changes.

• Coordinate operational activities that support both Commercial and Government software business. • Develop training materials, guides, and reference documents to support Commercial and Government processes. • Maintain and improve internal processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures across Commercial and Government workflows. • Track the accuracy of Commercial and Government account data in Salesforce, including contract modifications and related updates. • Support Commercial quoting in Salesforce and CPQ, and maintain Government pricing data and DLA price books. • Partner with Sales, Legal, Product Management, Implementation, Customer Support, HR, and Operations to support contract requirements, staffing needs, and customer execution. • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure resource-related requirements, such as site access, background checks, training, and certification mandates, are understood and incorporated into planning. • Monitor relevant regulations, policies, and guidance related to acquisitions, health IT, cybersecurity, and data protection, and communicate important updates to stakeholders. • Maintain accurate, organized records of contracts, modifications, price lists, approvals, and related correspondence in accordance with company policy and applicable requirements. • Ensure Salesforce CRM data remains current, accurate, and complete for Commercial accounts, Government accounts, vendors, and distributors. • Prepare reports and dashboards on pipeline activity, pricing updates, account status, and key milestones for leadership and cross-functional partners. • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.
