• Perform all aspects of project management for assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resource management. • Provide leadership and strategic oversight for project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within schedule and cost constraints. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines. • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. • Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to stakeholders. • Negotiate contract terms and manage change orders as needed. • Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing expertise and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
- or equivalent experience/education in the nuclear industry such as Senior Reactor Operator with 5 years of project management experience
- minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects in heavily regulated industries such as oil & gas, energy, aerospace, and medical device
- extensive EPU (Extended Power Uprate) Experience
- PMP Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
