• Perform all aspects of project management for assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resource management • Provide leadership and strategic oversight for project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within schedule and cost constraints • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and business policies • Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to stakeholders • Negotiate contract terms and manage change orders as needed to address project scope changes or non-standard events • Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing expertise and best practices

• responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline • Ensures project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario • Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections • Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer • Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

• Engage daily with customers (BWROG members) to understand fleet needs, identify emerging issues, and shape project scope aligned with industry priorities • Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams including utility SMEs, GVH engineering, vendors, and national labs to deliver high-quality technical products and solutions • Develop and manage detailed budgets and schedules with strong discipline in estimating, tracking, and early risk identification • Support committee chairs in planning and executing committee activities, including agenda development, action item management, decision documentation, and long-term strategic planning • Represent GVH at BWROG meetings, regulatory interactions, and industry forums • Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to strengthen internal processes, documentation quality, governance, and stakeholder communication

• Serve as the primary contact between sponsor and organization • Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally • Drive and own overall delivery of cross-functional projects • Ensure financial stewardship at project level • Communicate and manage customer expectations • Drive Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at project level • Ensure project team compliance with organization policies • Act as a mentor and contribute to process improvement initiatives
