• Perform all aspects of project management for assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and resource management • Provide leadership and strategic oversight for project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within schedule and cost constraints • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and business policies • Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to stakeholders • Negotiate contract terms and manage change orders as needed to address project scope changes or non-standard events • Mentor and guide junior project managers, sharing expertise and best practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
- equivalent experience/education in the nuclear industry will be considered, such as Senior Reactor Operator with 5 years of project management experience
- Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects in heavily regulated industries such as oil & gas, energy, aerospace, and medical device
- Extensive EPU (Extended Power Uprate) Experience
- PMP Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Role Description WSP is seeking an EHV EPC Project Manager (Power Delivery) - Remote for our Power & Energy Program Management Office in Portland, OR. In this position, you will be responsible for cradle-to-grave execution of high-voltage transmission EPC projects, from project development and design through construction, energization, and final closeout.
