• Lead the Customer Data Product strategy, including CDP, MDM, and 360-customer data capabilities across HVAC partners • Establish a single source of truth for customer, distributor, dealer, and service data • Own the data product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery aligned to business value, digital ecosystem strategy, and revenue growth opportunities • Define clear data product use cases including personalization, segmentation, case optimization, forecasting, and AI-powered recommendations • Partner with Digital, Customer Service, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to align data products to business outcomes • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and digital/data teams • Influence and align leadership on data governance, investment priorities, and platform decisions • Enable AI-powered use cases leveraging customer data, including predictive service insights and next-best action recommendations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 + years in digital, data, and/or digital product leadership roles
- 5+ years leading enterprise data initiatives, CDP/MDM programs, and/or data product teams
- Deep experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), MDM, or enterprise data product development
- Strong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, and data integration patterns
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and enterprise data ecosystems
- Familiarity with AI/ML use cases, data-driven personalization, and analytics platforms
- Proven experience leading data product strategy and execution at scale
- Strong background in Agile product management, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization
- Ability to connect data strategy to tangible business outcomes (growth, efficiency, CX)
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders

The Role Block Risk Product builds the systems that power our automated, intelligent, and human-in-the-loop risk and compliance operations, enabling fast, accurate decisions that protect our customers and the business across global markets. As Product Manager, Risk Automation, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution to significantly increase automation, decision quality, and operational efficiency across risk and compliance workflows. You will leverage AI to design and scale automations that fundamentally change how risk is managed at Block while delivering measurable business impact. You will be a builder, continuously identifying high-leverage opportunities for automation and driving them from concept through execution in close partnership with engineering, data, and risk operations.
