Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 4–7 years of direct experience in requirements elicitation and generation. - Proven track record in product development lifecycle for complex systems/subsystems. - Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or related fields highly desirable. - Proficient in Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Strong understanding of design principles, hardware development, and requirement management tools. - Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills; strong communication abilities. - Experience with requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jama Connect, Polarion, or other requirement management software. - Experience with safety analysis such as HARAs, STPAs, FMEAs, and others. - INCOSE SEP certification or CPRE certification preferred.
