What You’ll Do: - Lead Enterprise Delivery Strategy - Build and oversee a scalable delivery framework that ensures consistent execution across technology, operations, and business initiatives. Establish standards, cadences, and governance that drive clarity and accountability. - Translate Strategy into Execution - Partner directly with executive leadership and divisional heads to convert strategic objectives into structured roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes. - Own End-to-End Initiative Delivery - Oversee planning, resource alignment, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across multiple concurrent programs. Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. - Establish Operational Excellence - Implement delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or structured frameworks) appropriate to the business environment. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and reporting transparency. - Manage Cross-Functional Alignment - Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders. Resolve bottlenecks, remove friction, and maintain momentum. - Drive Accountability & Performance Visibility - Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time insight into delivery health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. - Develop High-Performing Teams - Lead and mentor program managers, project managers, and delivery leads. Foster a culture rooted in ownership, urgency, and execution discipline. - Scale for Growth - Design delivery systems that support rapid company expansion, new product lines, and evolving enterprise priorities.

• Lead the sourcing needs and procurement activities for lower-risk, lower spend, and lower complex vendor categories, including basic option/cost analysis, contract drafting and redlining, and negotiations in alignment to company sourcing processes, standards, and documentation • Support the Strategic Sourcing team in negotiation strategy development, spend management and action planning for contract renewals, extensions, and amendments, ensuring that projects are completed on a timely basis and at maximum value; research and develop sourcing strategy options and support team on implementing the sourcing strategies approved by leadership • Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports including, but not limited to, vendor spend, contract clause library, contract pricing, vendor performance, and other ad hoc research and analysis in support of the broader sourcing team's and Prime's needs • Participate in department projects and initiatives, including but not limited to, Sourcing and Finance policy management, process improvement, contract audits, contracting project management reporting, and competitive sourcing events and Request For Proposal (RFP) responses • Responsible for data integrity, usability, and insights into the procurement and contract management systems. Assist and lead financial and options analysis. • Assist Sourcing Managers and Director to develop and execute implementation of Sourcing systems roadmap and continuous improvement plans. • Other duties as assigned

• Ensures Accountability, Drive Results by developing, owning, and implementing the Procurement Strategy and governance framework across the Unilode Group. • Drives a culture of continuous improvement within regional procurement teams, collaborating with leadership to optimize supplier partnerships. • Introduces SMART SLAs into key contracts, ensuring service levels are met and include relevant service credits. • Drives cost reduction in spare parts procurement, particularly A parts from major OEMs by renegotiating contracts with key subcontractors. • Identifies and implements sourcing strategies to improve procurement efficiency and reduce risks. • Establishes procurement policies and ensures compliance with regulatory and industry requirements. • Develops strong relationships with suppliers, OEMs, and key stakeholders to enhance service delivery. • Supports procurement digitalization initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making and analytics. • Leads, mentors, and develops procurement teams to enhance expertise and performance across regions. • Collaborates with Finance, Operations, and other business functions to align procurement goals with overall company objectives. • Promotes sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in line with Unilode’s values and ESG goals.

• Maintain working relationships with key distributors, including Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, and others, to support timely and cost effective procurement activities. • Monitor pricing, product availability, lead times, and promotional opportunities through ongoing communication with distributors. • Coordinate the purchase of IT equipment such as servers, network hardware, PCs, peripherals, and related technology products. • Track order status, logistics, delivery timelines, and ensure accurate fulfillment of company requirements. • Manage licensing lifecycles for software products such as FortiGate, Microsoft CSP, Duo, Adobe, SSL certificates, and domain registrations. • Maintain timely renewals and ensure adherence to licensing terms and compliance requirements. • Prepare accurate pricing estimates for internal stakeholders and clients using tools such as ConnectWise and CPQ. • Support internal teams by identifying competitive hardware and software options based on company guidelines. • Track hardware warranty periods and coordinate renewals or replacement requests as needed. • Work with vendors to resolve warranty-related issues and minimize operational impact. • Maintain accurate documentation for all software licenses and ensure records remain current and audit ready. • Assist with internal or external reviews involving licensing and usage compliance. • Support the integration and optimization of procurement tools and systems to streamline ordering workflows. • Maintain procurement-related data in platforms such as ConnectWise and ensure accurate recordkeeping. • Adhere to standard operating procedures and escalation protocols. • Escalate complex issues to senior staff as appropriate. • Proactively build skills through experience and training. • Gain proficiency in systems, tools, and standards across client environments. • Accept coaching and feedback from senior technicians and engineers. • Progress toward independent issue resolution over time.
