Role Description Everforth ECS is seeking a Sr. Data and AI Engineer to work remotely. The Sr. Data and AI Engineer will be a key member of our high performing team. They will provide critical support in product discovery using their data expertise to merge technical, business, and customer needs into achievable objectives and driving the completion of those objectives. - Identify challenges and improvements to process, organizational practices, technical innovation, and culture. - Lead cross-functional team members to solution and deliver improvements. - Apply technical expertise across multiple disciplines to share best approaches and solutions with customers. - Improve complex strategic solutions and meet enterprise needs. - Show experiences identifying strategic improvement opportunities, creating interest and buy-in, and executing on vision. • Design and implement scalable data warehouse and lakehouse architectures on the Cloudera platform • Define enterprise data models, governance frameworks, data stewardship processes, security standards, and data quality practices • Architect and optimize analytics solutions across SQL engines including Impala, Hive, and Iceberg • Design AI-powered analytics solutions leveraging LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (such as PostgreSQL, Qdrant, Milvus), and NLQ capabilities • Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities into enterprise data platforms and data pipelines while establishing governance controls for AI models, data usage, and lifecycle management • Leverage vibe coding / AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve productivity • Build and optimize batch and near real-time data pipelines • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data products and analytics solutions • Establish best practices for performance optimization, data architecture, and AI-assisted development • Mentor teams on modern data architecture and AI-enabled development methodologies • Ensure data security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices within enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled solutions • Collaborate with business stakeholders across FP&A, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions that support financial forecasting, revenue optimization, budgeting, pipeline analysis, and sales forecasting

Role Description The Senior Data Insights Strategist is responsible for utilizing complex data to inform actionable insights that drive informed business decisions and strategy. This includes tracking, visualizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. This person will advocate for business data needs to support advancing the mission of NMDP. This role is involved in spearheading in-depth discussions with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of departmental goals and the challenges to achieving them. Based on these findings and partnering closely with the other Enterprise Analytics & Insights teams in data science, data enablement, digital analytics, and market research, this person will identify solutions to provide holistic insights to leaders and manage data strategy to completion. Accountabilities - Lead discussions with department leaders on emerging data needs and advocate for new data capabilities and/or technology solutions as needed. - Lead discussions with business leaders to develop data strategy for each department. - Manage intake, prioritization, and assignment of new data requests. - Synthesize data to provide insights and recommendations to leaders. - Proactively monitor department metrics, identify trends, and discuss intervention strategies with leaders. - Serve as the liaison between the business and Enterprise Analytics & Insights. - Support the business in developing data visualization tools, advising on business requirements, and providing quality checks and technical expertise. - Collaborate with Sr Data Insights Strategist teammates to align strategies across various business units to provide holistic insights and process improvements. - Generate a data-driven culture within the business by coaching teams on data competency. - Develop deep business acumen of NMDP and mentor other team members. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, IT developers, and other departmental data partners. - Develop deep technical knowledge of data nuances and mentor other team members. Qualifications - Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software. - Strong experience writing queries (SQL) and experience with large data sets and complex integrated systems – strong knowledge of databases and spreadsheets. - Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools. - Familiarity with data governance and quality management practices. - Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement. - Strong experience across a range of analytics projects and teams. Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's degree with professional experience in health care, business analytics, project management, or a related field. - Upon evaluation, 4 years, related experience and/or education may be substituted for the degree requirement. - 5+ years of experience in data consulting, data strategy implementation, synthesizing data projects, and providing stakeholder recommendations related to business operations. - Prior experience with data visualization processes and tools, project management methodology, and data storytelling is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of and experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce. - Previous experience leading projects or teams. - Previous experience at NMDP or in a health care provider setting.
