Responsibilities - Gestionar y optimizar de manera integral la plataforma AWS Databricks, supervisando la configuración de clústeres, espacios de trabajo y recursos de cómputo para asegurar un rendimiento óptimo. - Diseñar e implementar controles de acceso estrictos basados en el principio de menor privilegio, administrando políticas IAM en AWS, aprovisionamiento de usuarios y la integración con proveedores de SSO (Azure AD/Okta). - Definir, estructurar y gestionar arquetipos de usuario (personas) para ingenieros de datos, científicos de datos y analistas, asignando roles, permisos y marcos de gobernanza específicos. - Colaborar estrechamente con arquitectos empresariales e ingenieros para traducir requisitos de negocio en configuraciones técnicas seguras y eficientes dentro de la plataforma. - Monitorear continuamente la disponibilidad, rendimiento y costos de los recursos, estableciendo alertas y umbrales proactivos para mantener una disponibilidad del 100% y reportar anomalías. - Desarrollar scripts de automatización para mecanismos de rollback y recuperación ante desastres (Disaster Recovery), eliminando por completo los esfuerzos manuales ante contingencias. - Definir e implementar Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP) rigurosos relativos al uso de la plataforma, integridad de datos, seguridad de red y cumplimiento normativo. Qualifications - Profesional graduado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ciencia de Datos, Computación o carreras afines al área de Tecnología. - Entre 7 y 10 años de experiencia demostrable desempeñándose como Administrador de Databricks o roles similares de administración de plataformas de datos a gran escala. - Sólido recorrido en Ciclo de Vida del Desarrollo de Software (SDLC), gobierno de datos y gestión de accesos en entornos corporativos exigentes. - Inglés B2+ o C1. Technical Knowledge - Administración avanzada de la plataforma Databricks y gestión de workspaces. - Servicios de AWS (IAM, S3, EC2, Lambda, Glue). - Gestión de accesos, políticas RBAC, grupos AD y aprovisionamiento de usuarios. - Estrategias de despliegue multi-tenant (Capas Silver, Bronze, Gold en Dev/Test/UAT/Prod). - Lenguajes de programación Python, SQL y Spark para automatización y resolución de problemas. - Infraestructura como Código (Terraform o CloudFormation) y prácticas de CI/CD (DevOps). - Integración de API y tecnologías de autenticación Single Sign-On (SSO). - Aplicación de capacidades de IA / GenAI para la optimización y monitoreo de la plataforma. - Deseable: Certificaciones AWS (Solutions Architect), Databricks (Data Engineer/Administrator) o CISSP.
