• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for digital projects, initiatives, and enhancements. • Conduct thorough analysis of existing digital processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Gather, document, and analyze business needs, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop comprehensive business requirements. • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows. • Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful project implementation. • Conduct UAT with stakeholders and drive for sign off before feature release and make sure the developed features align with business requirements. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, refinements, demos, retrospectives and monthly meetings. • Perform data analysis and interpretation to derive meaningful insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency. • Monitor and evaluate digital performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders. • Support additional product-related tasks assigned by the Product Owner or Product Director

• Continuously monitor federal and state regulatory sources (e.g., CMS, state Medicaid agencies, HHS) for new or revised requirements • Analyze proposed and final rules, guidance, and policy updates to determine applicability and business impact • Summarize complex regulatory changes into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders • Conduct impact assessments across business functions including operations, compliance, network, clinical, and technology • Partner with subject matter experts to define business requirements and implementation plans • Support prioritization of regulatory initiatives based on risk, complexity, and deadlines • Facilitate working groups and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment on regulatory changes • Track progress of implementation activities and ensure accountability across teams • Act as a central liaison between legal, operations, and clinical leadership • Maintain a centralized inventory of regulatory changes and implementation status • Develop executive-level summaries, dashboards, and status reports • Ensure documentation meets audit and compliance standards • Partner with Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies associated with regulatory changes • Support audit readiness and remediation efforts as needed • Investigate regulatory-related defects and/or client compliance concerns and develop root cause analyses when necessary. • Enhance regulatory change management processes, tools, and governance frameworks • Drive standardization and efficiency in how regulatory changes are tracked and implemented • Recommend automation or workflow improvements where applicable • Support client or government led audits as a regulatory compliance expert through: • Research and analysis • Documentation and as a speaker • Workflow and Judi navigator

• Gather and analyze business requirements for regulatory and compliance projects while coordinating with internal business stakeholders in English • Align tax calculations and fee or commission structures with stakeholders and maintain accurate calculations in project documentation • Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), use cases, user stories, technical specifications, architecture visions, system integrations, and process diagrams • Clarify technical and business details before development activities begin • Identify mandatory data requirements and reporting requirements for project implementation • Present research findings and PRDs to the development team during PBR sessions • Ensure engineering teams fully understand project context and requirements • Support the project throughout the delivery lifecycle • Adjust and refine requirements during the development process as needed

• Gather and document business and platform requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for both development and support contexts • Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams across the PRD and the Managed Competence Center, ensuring alignment and clear communication • Support workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations • Assist in documenting and maintaining RBAC models, policies, and decision layer logic • Contribute to Knowledge Asset delivery — including runbooks, UAT test cases, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation • Help distinguish and document bug vs feature requests, supporting proper triage and escalation workflows • Ensure solutions comply with regional and regulatory requirements • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and governance meetings at both operational and tactical levels • Prepare and maintain documentation including requirements, workflows, policies, reports, and post-implementation reviews
