Senior Digital Business Analyst

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for digital projects, initiatives, and enhancements. • Conduct thorough analysis of existing digital processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Gather, document, and analyze business needs, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop comprehensive business requirements. • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows. • Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful project implementation. • Conduct UAT with stakeholders and drive for sign off before feature release and make sure the developed features align with business requirements. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, refinements, demos, retrospectives and monthly meetings. • Perform data analysis and interpretation to derive meaningful insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency. • Monitor and evaluate digital performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders. • Support additional product-related tasks assigned by the Product Owner or Product Director

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer System Analysis, Information Technology, Statistics or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience working on mobile, web, or other front-end digital products, with a strong understanding of user experience and interface considerations.
  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics platforms and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in using product development and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar platforms to support end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, its principles, values, and practices.
  • Experience of running Scrum activities and ceremonies to guide the team in implementing Scrum effectively and ensure adherence to its processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.
  • Working hours: Early start (around **07:00–07:30 EET**) with a flexible afternoon schedule
  • Nice to have skills**
  • Business Analyst professional certification, Product Owner certification and/or PSM
  • Experience with mobile app analytic tools and digital performance metrics
  • Experience with Waterfall methodology
