• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products. • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures. • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures. • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business. • Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities. • Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products. • Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.

• Supports the development of spatial data management solutions and analytics to enhance project and operational outcomes. • Responsible for managing project phases, collaborating with project teams, and integrating new and existing datasets to conduct analyses. • Performs advanced geospatial data manipulation, management, and analysis to support a wide range of projects. • Integrates CAD and GIS workflows, leveraging ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Autodesk, and Bentley MicroStation to meet project requirements. • Configures and manages ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, and ArcGIS Online (Web GIS) environments to support enterprise geospatial needs. • Develops and deploys GIS applications, including Experience Builder, Story Maps, custom applications, and mobile solutions such as Survey123, and Field Maps. • Utilizes ArcGIS Desktop and related tools to create, edit, and analyze spatial data. • Conducts cartographic design and visualization to effectively communicate complex spatial information. • Applies GIS tools for network modeling and analysis, with a strong emphasis on Utility Network (water and electric) data models to support asset management, operations, and decision making. • Designs, configures, and supports Esri Utility Network implementations, including development and maintenance of water and electric data models, rules, and network topology. • Supports migration of legacy GIS and CAD data into Utility Network schemas, including data mapping, validation, and QA/QC workflows. • Processes and analyzes UAV/drone imagery and point cloud data to enhance project deliverables. • Conceptualizes and executes projects from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams and external clients. • Provides GIS training and technical expertise to staff; educates users on CAD and GIS programs and their effective use. • Identifies opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency through expanded GIS adoption. • Designs and implements tools to automate workflows and improve processes (e.g., Python, ModelBuilder).

• Strategic Leadership: Align practice objectives with Woolpert’s VS3 (Vision, Strategy, Structure & Staffing) plans and develop annual goals that promote industry leadership. Define and execute the practice’s strategic plan, ensuring integration with corporate initiatives and cross-sector collaboration. Evaluate competitors strengths, weaknesses and market share to develop growth opportunities and setting of strategic goals. • Market Growth: Expand service offerings through advanced technologies and partnerships with acquired firms. Personally develop and maintain executive-level client relationships, identify strategic pursuits, participate in capture planning, and lead key business development initiatives that drive growth across state DOTs, toll authorities, transit agencies, and transportation consulting firms. • Team Management: Accountable for practice revenue, backlog, profitability, utilization, client satisfaction, and talent development. Responsible for achieving annual business plan targets and delivering sustainable growth. • Client Management: Serve as the Client Manager for strategic clients, providing day-to-day interactions, project scope/estimate development, innovative solutions, invoicing and evaluations. • Project Management: When appropriate/necessary serve as overall project manager on Transportation Geospatial projects. These are likely to be larger projects and/or where the Practice Leader possesses unique skillsets or technical expertise required for the execution of the project. When not managing projects, Practice Leader will apply their project management skills to monitor progress and health of projects within the Practice. • Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), revenue goals, backlog, and utilization metrics; implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with Woolpert’s project management standards and transportation geospatial-specific workflows. • Collaboration: Partner across Transportation, Aviation, Energy, Water, and Federal markets to identify opportunities for cross-selling and delivery of integrated solutions. • Career Development: Implement structured career pathways for project managers and technical staff. Support training compliance and mentorship programs to build leadership capacity within the practice. • Governance & Authority: Maintain signing authority for Transportation Geospatial proposals and contracts per corporate guidelines, Ensure adherence to Woolpert’s risk management and quality assurance standards.

• Integration of ArcGIS services (ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS JS SDK, Feature Layers, Map Services) • Development and maintenance of modern, responsive web applications with React (Hooks, Context API, Tailwind) • Development of interfaces in collaboration with backend developers and business units (REST, GraphQL) • Client-side implementation of authentication (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and authorization (Open Policy Agent) • Code reviews, testing and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability • Management of external assets in file storage services (based on minio/S3), providing upload, download, and file management functionality
