Job Description
Product Manager – Tax Products
Kamino
• Own the roadmap for the NFS-e module and the Tax Reform agenda, translating regulatory and business context into product priorities; • Lead discovery and delivery: identify opportunities, validate hypotheses with data and customers, and specify requirements (PRDs) and acceptance criteria; • Define and track module metrics (issuance success rate, activation time, volume of N3 errors) and use these signals to prioritize work; • Act as the platform’s fiscal-technical point of reference, advising engineering, back office and customers on configurations for different services and municipalities; • Lead root-cause analysis of issuance errors (N3), transforming recurring patterns into product improvements rather than support backlogs; • Serve as the technical interface with the municipal integration partner, escalating and driving resolution of issues with agility; • Anticipate the impacts of the Tax Reform (IBS/CBS) on the NFS-e module and plan the required product adaptations; • Leverage AI and automation to scale the fiscal knowledge base and reduce configuration and validation times.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a PM/PO in fiscal or accounting products (ERP, fintech or similar), with ownership of roadmap, discovery and metrics;
- Deep fiscal knowledge of NFS-e: service codes, ISS rates, mandatory fields, special regimes and municipal particularities;
- Familiarity with the Tax Reform (IBS/CBS) and the ability to monitor regulatory changes and translate them into product decisions;
- Ability to communicate with engineering and integrators, translating fiscal requirements into clear technical guidance;
- Autonomy, organization and communication skills to work concurrently with engineering, CS, back office and partners;
- Hands-on experience configuring NFS-e across multiple municipalities;
- Experience with fiscal integration partners (Focus NFe, Migrate, eNotas, Webmania or similar) and with the Emissor Nacional de NFS-e;
- Practical experience applying AI/automation to fiscal products;
- Degree in Accounting, Tax Law or related fields;
- Familiarity with agile squad routines.
