• Support the Managing Director of Partnerships and Organizing in managing and growing a coalition of national organizations. • Lead outreach and cultivation of prospective partners. • Coordinate coalition convenings, partner calls, and engagement touchpoints. • Work cross-functionally with the Organizing, Communications, and Operations teams. • Track partner engagement and activation status. • Assist with the preparation and distribution of partner-facing materials. • Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in partnerships, coalition management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with national organizations.
- Experience supporting the development of partnership agreements, MOUs, or joint work plans.
- Track record of coordinating multi-stakeholder convenings or coalition engagement efforts.
- Background in civic engagement, voting rights, or a mission-driven nonprofit a strong plus.

Role Description This role exists to accelerate revenue growth in Spain by expanding existing customer accounts through structured upsell and cross-sell of insurance products, while strengthening long-term customer relationships.
