• Design and improve user experiences for B2C digital products. • Work on onboarding flows, activation journeys, subscription paywalls, trial-to-paid conversion, retention mechanics, and monetization flows. • Translate user research, product analytics, and behavioral data into practical design solutions. • Create, test, and iterate on design hypotheses through A/B experiments. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, UX Researchers, and other product stakeholders. • Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and visual guidelines. • Improve key product metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and LTV. • Work across several products, as the company’s products are relatively compact and teams often support more than one product.

• Collaborate on the design of user-centered digital experiences by participating in needs analysis, defining workflows, and continuously improving usability in web and/or mobile applications. • Create visually appealing, consistent interfaces that align with the design system, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and visual consistency across all digital products. • Design, implement, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET MVC and Web API. • Ensure reliability, scalability, and seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party systems. • Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, enabling the rapid validation of ideas and the communication of solutions to stakeholders. • Support user research activities (interviews, surveys, benchmarking, heuristic analysis) to understand behaviors, problems, and opportunities for improvement in the user experience. • Apply basic usability principles (Nielsen's heuristics, UX best practices) and collaborate on the implementation of accessibility standards. • Work in a way that respects and contributes to existing design systems, ensuring visual consistency and the reuse of components. • Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly, participating in handoffs and reviews. • Iterate on designs based on internal feedback and user data, demonstrating the ability to learn and continuously improve. • Document design decisions, workflows, and components, ensuring clear communication with multidisciplinary teams.

• Oversee the design of new programs, ensuring learning experiences are practical, scalable, and industry-relevant • Ensure curricula and assessments embody our learning design principles and align with the desired competencies • Collaborate with industry subject matter experts and institutions to co-create cutting-edge program content • Lead and coach Learning Experience Designers, providing feedback and professional development in instructional design, media integration, and data-informed storytelling • Manage design workflows, sprints, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery • Oversee staffing allocations, project plans, and delivery calendars • Establish strong review processes for content quality, accessibility, and pedagogical rigour • Ensure alignment with codified learning principles and institutional standards • Incorporate learner, facilitator, and partner feedback into design iterations • Experiment with new tools, technologies, and media formats (including AI) to enhance learner engagement and outcomes • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the design team • Codify best practices, frameworks, and tools into playbooks and templates that enable consistent, high-quality design across programs • Use learner performance data, completion metrics, and feedback to iteratively improve course design and delivery • Develop dashboards or reporting frameworks in partnership with the data team to track learning effectiveness, engagement, and assessment validity • Advocate for evidence-based decision-making in program and content iterations.
