Senior Product Designer – Growth, Conversion

• Design and improve user experiences for B2C digital products. • Work on onboarding flows, activation journeys, subscription paywalls, trial-to-paid conversion, retention mechanics, and monetization flows. • Translate user research, product analytics, and behavioral data into practical design solutions. • Create, test, and iterate on design hypotheses through A/B experiments. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, UX Researchers, and other product stakeholders. • Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and visual guidelines. • Improve key product metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and LTV. • Work across several products, as the company’s products are relatively compact and teams often support more than one product.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
- Strong experience with B2C digital products.
- Proven experience designing performance-driven user flows: onboarding, subscription funnels, paywalls, CRO flows, trial-to-paid conversion, or retention journeys.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and product experimentation.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to work with user behavior data, analytics, and product metrics.
- Advanced Figma skills: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, design systems, and developer-ready file organization.
- Experience working with or building scalable design systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Fluent English.
