• Lead the end-to-end commercial design for high-value CAPEX and OPEX transactions, advising Sales leadership on advanced pricing architectures and negotiation strategies to win competitive accounts. • Build comprehensive business cases and TCO/ROI analyses that clearly articulate the financial superiorities of Everpure's cloud and on-premise offers against legacy competitors. • Apply global pricing frameworks and investment criteria to non-standard deals, balancing creative customer-centric structures with revenue accounting standards and Everpure's risk threshold. • Analyze regional renewal and expansion patterns to develop repeatable, high-velocity playbooks that systematically elevate win rates across the Americas. • Transform pipeline trends and ROI data via SFDC and Tableau into actionable, field-facing commercial insights that empower sales teams to make faster, higher-quality decisions.
Job Requirements
- Deep expertise in structuring complex hardware (CAPEX) and subscription-based (OPEX) business models, with a firm grasp on revenue recognition and corporate pricing strategies.
- The ability to translate complex financial engineering into compelling commercial narratives that influence internal executive boards and external client negotiations.
- Advanced proficiency in using SFDC, G-Sheets, and Tableau to evaluate highly variable market factors and design scalable commercial solutions.
- A proven ability to unify disparate Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve complex contractual hurdles and finalize high-stakes agreements.
- Location: This role covers all of LATAM. The ideal location is Sao Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City.

• Support the Party At The Polls team in the management of a peer-to-peer texting platform to execute nimble outreach to When We All Vote’s audience. • Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure peer-to-peer text messaging is effectively constructed to resonate with target audiences. • Maintain datasets related to other forms for voter contact, including but not limited to mail and phone, in addition to supporting forms of non voter-file based voter advertising as needed. • Manage Party At The Polls partner-facing platforms, including but not limited to event signup platforms and application processes. • Assist in internal and external reporting for Party At The Polls to demonstrate program impact over time. • Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
• Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18. • Data collection utilizing Central Reach. • Billable hour requirements for full-time BCBAs: 30 hours • Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs: 15 hours • Complete intake and assessments. • Parent training. • Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors. • Mentorship for a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
• Calculate and forecast agent commission expense for monthly close process • Review data entries, calculations and outputs with a high degree of detail in order to identify discrepancies and perform corrections and revisions • Research and resolve agent commission related inquiries • Confirm all agent levels, carrier levels, and agency levels are correct in the system • Work as POC for APL • Build and maintain Excel reports using commission data as requested by sales and finance management • Monitor and maintain individual agent balance reporting, ensuring obligations are appropriately cross collateralized across carriers • Download and maintain third party files to populate commission file, reformatting when required • Perform other duties as assigned • Assist with audits as needed
