• Elaborar a previsão diária e semanal de caixa, consolidando movimentações operacionais de pagamentos como insumo de liquidez para a liderança; • Analisar e explicar desvios entre orçado e realizado nas movimentações de caixa, subsidiando decisões com visibilidade estruturada; • Manter e evoluir o modelo de forecast, incorporando sazonalidades, eventos não-recorrentes e mudanças no perfil de pagamentos; • Calcular e publicar os KPIs da área: eficiência de pagamentos, índice de atraso, prazos médios de aprovação e outros indicadores operacionais; • Garantir disponibilidade de caixa para liquidação dos pagamentos aprovados, gerar as remessas e transmitir aos bancos parceiros. • Contribuir com especificações para a evolução das automações de pagamento; • Atuar como ponto focal técnico do squad em ERP financeiro, apoiando a evolução do sistema atual e participando ativamente da transição para o novo ERP corporativo (especificação de requisitos, testes e integrações); • Apoiar a integração financeira de empresas adquiridas (M&A), quando aplicável: mapeamento de processos da área, padronização de cadastros e migração para o ERP central.

• Lead the end-to-end commercial design for high-value CAPEX and OPEX transactions, advising Sales leadership on advanced pricing architectures and negotiation strategies to win competitive accounts. • Build comprehensive business cases and TCO/ROI analyses that clearly articulate the financial superiorities of Everpure's cloud and on-premise offers against legacy competitors. • Apply global pricing frameworks and investment criteria to non-standard deals, balancing creative customer-centric structures with revenue accounting standards and Everpure's risk threshold. • Analyze regional renewal and expansion patterns to develop repeatable, high-velocity playbooks that systematically elevate win rates across the Americas. • Transform pipeline trends and ROI data via SFDC and Tableau into actionable, field-facing commercial insights that empower sales teams to make faster, higher-quality decisions.

• Embark on a structured training programme, including industry-recognised certifications such as Thinkbox TV Masters and Meta Blueprint, giving you a strong grounding in the media landscape from the very start • Learn and apply Ebiquity's internal analysis tools, data platforms, and reporting systems • Accurately input, process, and quality-check data in line with our standards • Produce data extracts and initial outputs for senior review • Maintain well-organised records of your work for the wider team • Contribute to live client projects, focusing on one to two media channels, producing analysis under the guidance of senior colleagues • Support the delivery team by preparing datasets, reports, and inputs for client presentations • Work to agreed timelines, escalating any issues promptly • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to contextualise client results • Begin supporting a range of consultancy outputs, including campaign support and client training materials • Support the Activation team where needed on data access and project tracking • Throughout, you will be an active and collaborative member of the team, building strong working relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.

• Support the Party At The Polls team in the management of a peer-to-peer texting platform to execute nimble outreach to When We All Vote’s audience. • Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure peer-to-peer text messaging is effectively constructed to resonate with target audiences. • Maintain datasets related to other forms for voter contact, including but not limited to mail and phone, in addition to supporting forms of non voter-file based voter advertising as needed. • Manage Party At The Polls partner-facing platforms, including but not limited to event signup platforms and application processes. • Assist in internal and external reporting for Party At The Polls to demonstrate program impact over time. • Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
