Job Description

Staff Product Manager – Mobile

Hostaway

• Become the definitive owner of the Hostaway mobile app within your first few weeks, setting its vision, strategy, and roadmap in step with our Domain product teams. • Run continuous discovery as your default operating mode, spending real time with app users and turning what you learn into clear north stars, opportunities, and scoped requirements. • Set the app's north-star and supporting metrics, find the drivers that genuinely move them, and ensure instrumentation ships with every feature. • Own adoption, engagement, and retention as outcomes you're accountable for, including identifying where AI can make a real difference for an on-the-go, multi-persona tool. • Partner closely with Product Design to deliver experiences that feel genuinely native on iOS and Android, fast, intuitive, and built for the field. • Drive GTM readiness for every release so Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, CS, and Support are equipped before launch.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in B2B SaaS platforms and demonstrated focus on mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on mobile products on iOS and Android, including ownership of App Store and Play Store release cycles.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling B2B SaaS products with multiple user personas and complex workflows (e.g. Admins, Operators, Field Staff, Service Providers).
  • Proven ability to deeply understand and prioritize the needs of diverse user groups, translating insights into impactful product features — with first-hand experience in customer research and field interviews.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration, and of operating with autonomy on both assigned and self-identified problems.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable creating clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Passion for user-centric design and delivering intuitive, high-value experiences — with a particular love for mobile-first products.
  • Experience in the vacation rental, hospitality, or property management space is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • 100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence—be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table. The choice is yours. Just don’t ask to work in our office (we don’t have one).

  • Values-Driven Leadership: Our Core Values are not just words we’ve written to make us feel good. We leverage them daily when making strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Professional Growth: Our rapid growth offers unparalleled learning and development opportunities, along with a multitude of career advancement opportunities.
  • Annual Paid Leave: The specific amounts vary by country and are aligned with country and/or contract-specific norms.
  • Geographic Specific Benefits: As an international employer, we offer different country-specific benefits such as Health Insurance and Pensions in countries where these perks are customary. The specifics depend on the country of the applicant.
  • Dynamic Team Culture: As a global company with team members in over 40 countries, our diverse and international culture fuels our innovation and creativity, providing a key pillar to our success (and making it a lot of fun to work here).
