Job Description
Territory Sales Representative
STAN AI
Role Description We're looking for a driven Territory Sales Representative to own new business development across Miami Florida. This is a remote, hunter role — you'll prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals independently across the HOA and condo property management space, then hand off to our Customer Success team for onboarding. You won't have an SDR feeding your pipeline. You'll build it. In return, you'll have a defined territory, a category-leading product, and a direct line to leadership that most reps never get. Who You'll Sell To - Property Management Companies - Multi-portfolio managers running HOA and condo communities — your highest-leverage accounts. - Large-Scale Communities - High-unit developments and master-planned communities with complex operational needs. - Self-Managed Communities - Individual HOA boards running operations without a management company — a large and underserved segment. Tasks - Own Your Territory: Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business across Miami Florida — from first outreach to signed contract. - Visit and Develop All Three Customer Segments: - Property Management Companies — engage portfolio managers and regional directors overseeing multiple HOA and condo associations. - Large-Scale & Master-Planned Communities — target high-unit developments where operational complexity makes the ROI case for AI clearest. - Self-Managed & Individual Communities — reach HOA boards running their own operations; educate, consult, and convert a largely untapped segment. - Run High-Impact Demos: Conduct product demonstrations that clearly articulate ROI and operational efficiency gains for HOA managers, boards, and executives. - Build a Network on the Ground: Attend local trade shows, industry events, and HOA conferences in Florida to establish STAN as the name in your territory. - Generate Your Own Pipeline: Cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn social selling — you keep your own funnel full across all three target segments. - Navigate Complex Deals: Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving property managers, HOA boards, and executives through to close. - Hand Off Cleanly: Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention. - Feed the Product: Share market intelligence from all segments directly with our Product team to help shape the roadmap. Qualifications - 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership — you've carried quota from prospecting to close. - Proven quota attainment in a fast-paced environment. We want to see your numbers. - Exceptional communicator — you can explain complex AI technology in plain terms that resonate with property managers, HOA boards, and self-managed community volunteers alike. - CRM proficiency — HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools. - Hunter mentality — you self-source leads across multiple customer segments and manage your pipeline without hand-holding. - Startup-ready — comfortable operating where processes are still being built and refined. - HOA or Property Management industry experience and/or an existing network in the space is a significant advantage — if you already know the players in Miami Florida, we want to hear from you. - Based in or deeply familiar with Miami Florida — local market knowledge goes a long way in this role. - Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Requirements - Defined territory ownership — no competing with other reps for the same accounts. - Three distinct customer segments = three ways to build pipeline in your territory. - Category-defining product in a vertical that's actively adopting AI for the first time. - Direct visibility to co-founders and sales leadership. - Competitive base + uncapped commission. - Remote-first with flexibility to work how and where you perform best. Manager, Mid-Market Sales
SquareSince we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality through Afterpay, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.
