Demand Marketing Manager

Wrike

• As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our larger global demand generation team supporting the manufacturing vertical. • Your mission is to balance building out the full stack demand generation strategy while leveraging AI to streamline and automate parts of your workflows. • You’ll partner closely with product marketing, content, digital, and sales teams to create high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with enterprise buyers. • Lead campaign kickoff through completion—coordinating with PMM, content, creative, paid digital, web ops and operations teams. • Use data to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for future iterations. • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership using dashboards, presentations and Wrike updates.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated campaign roles.
  • Hands-on experience with work management solutions (preferably Wrike) for campaign planning, execution, and team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and sales outreach.
  • AI-Driven Targeting and Data Enrichment with familiarity of marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau, 6Sense, Sendoso, Qualified
  • AI-Assisted Personalization: Using tools to tailor messaging at scale for specific buyer personas (technical vs. executive).
  • AI-Powered Content Repurposing: Rapidly repurposing content across platforms (e.g., turning webinars into social snippets or blogs).
  • Ability to write effective, clear, and context-aware prompts for AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc) to produce high-quality text, images, and marketing copy.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
