iCIMS Lead

JerseySTEM, Inc.

Role Description JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls. The iCIMS Lead is the “owner” or subject matter expert of the iCIMS applicant tracking system and requires at least one year of recent experience using iCIMS as a system administrator. This position takes on the responsibility of ensuring the meticulous alignment of accurate best practice business processes, workflows, and critical system dependencies within the iCIMS ATS. Responsibilities - Project planning, control, and leadership of assigned projects in the development and implementation of the HR System. - Will be the main point of contact between iCIMS. - Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and deliver HR related communications. - Conduct a project “Kick-Off” meeting with the Project Team iCIMS. - Direct project activities and co-ordinate the work of the HRIS Team, through Department Managers Supervisors, to ensure that objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities. - Coordinate the concurrent development of design and build activities. - Monitor progress of the project during design, build and installation by reviewing the performance of the team members against the project schedule. - Serve as the primary interface with iCIMS on day to day issues. - Develop project plans and monitor progress of ATS/HRIS initiatives. - Responsible for training the Trainers on iCIMS system and processes. 5-6 hours/week; 6-12 months commitment Qualifications - Minimum of one year of recent experience using iCIMS. - Experience in leading an operations team. - Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions. - Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.
