• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned region • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of key accounts, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strategically expand our client base and market share • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists and support staff to deliver customized solutions that address customer needs • Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to inform data-driven sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities • Evaluate the performance and proficiency of distributors to maintain optimal product line sales balance • Prepare and deliver compelling, professional presentations to prospective and existing customers • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all sales activities, account interactions, and customer information • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows throughout the region
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience
- 3+ years of experience with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Mini -Split applications
- HVAC sales background with demonstrated success in account management and revenue generation
- Must be able to travel at least 60% throughout the assigned region
- Experience with CRM platforms
