• Get your hands dirty and ship great campaigns • ○ Build, QA, and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, Omnisend, or similar, ensuring logic, triggers, and timing are continuously optimised • Own end-to-end delivery - from briefing and creative setup through to audience targeting, scheduling, and reporting • Maintain and optimise automated flows across onboarding, retention, win-back, and churn prevention journeys • Design and own CRM flows end-to-end; mapping customer journeys, defining logic and triggers, and ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and on-brand • Bring a strong UX sensibility to lifecycle communications; thinking through the customer experience at each stage, not just the message • Produce visually compelling email and SMS creative using tools like Figma or Canva, from layout and hierarchy through to typography and imagery selection • Translate brand guidelines into CRM-native designs that are optimised for deliverability, accessibility, and mobile rendering • Build audience segments using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant, timely communications • Support personalised messaging and dynamic content aligned to customer lifecycle stages • Continuously refine targeting strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, content, design, offers, and journey logic • Identify underperforming flows and redesign them, from both a technical and visual standpoint, for stronger results • Maintain dashboards and reports covering key CRM metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, registrations, repeat purchases, abandoned carts and churn) • Surface actionable insights that improve lifecycle performance across all client programs • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the performance of client campaigns on a customer engagement and transactional level. • Collaborate with creative teams to brief, review, and elevate campaign assets — with a sharp eye for what drives clicks versus what just looks pretty • Recommend new tools, integrations, and automation opportunities that raise the bar for what CRM can do • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure CRM aligns with broader campaign activity • Stay current on CRM trends, platform updates, design best practices, and compliance requirements • Share learnings across the team to build best practices and inform future planning • Take part in developing the office culture and establishing positive team dynamics
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM or marketing automation role
- Prior experience within an agency environment is desired but not essential
- A strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy and thrives on challenges
- Organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A genuine eye for design; you understand layout, hierarchy, and what makes a CRM communication feel premium, not templated
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools to produce or refine email layouts and campaign assets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) at all levels (executives, business and technology leadership, project teams, peers)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter in daily tasks; works well independently and as part of the team.

Role Description We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and will support the broader marketing and sales teams as an expert in the day-to-day software, data and processes that drive commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in Marketing or Sales and a strong experience working within marketing/sales/revenue operations with experience administering Hubspot & Salesforce.
