Marketing Operations Specialist – Senior Specialist
SS&C Technologies
• Build, QA, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns within Marketo, including email, webinar, event, web, advertising, and nurture programs. • Manage campaign requests through a structured ticketing and project management process using Adobe Workfront. • Perform thorough quality assurance testing to ensure campaigns, assets, tracking, and integrations function correctly prior to launch. • Develop and validate audience targeting criteria using Marketo and Salesforce data to support campaign objectives. • Troubleshoot Marketo and Salesforce issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. • Maintain campaign documentation, operational standards, and process guides. • Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable campaign execution. • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, data quality, and operational best practices. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall marketing technology ecosystem. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing or marketing operations experience.
- Direct experience building and executing campaigns in Adobe Marketo required.
- Experience independently building, testing, QA-ing, and deploying Marketo email, webinar, event, web, and nurture programs, including audience segmentation, complex smart list development, smart campaigns, tokens, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaigns, leads, contacts, and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
