Versa Networks
• Manage Channel Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing channel partners and MSP & MSSP Prospects. • Joint Business Planning: Work with partners to develop and execute joint business plans that outline mutual goals, strategies, and action plans. • Sales Enablement: Enable partners through training, resources, and support to effectively sell and support our products/services. • Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities and pipeline within partner accounts to achieve sales targets and expand our market reach. • Performance Analysis: Analyze partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth and profitability. • Market Development: Identify and prioritize new channel opportunities and potential partnerships to expand our channel ecosystem. • Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure alignment on channel strategies and execution.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present to and influence key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Networking and Security solutions and technology trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Clearly communicate the Celonis public sector-specific value proposition through presentations and proposals with high quality and deep domain knowledge • Own annual sales targets within your assigned segment/accounts • Partner effectively with your customers, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into tangible outcomes • Engage closely with partners (e.g. consulting firms, technology vendors) and build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships, ensuring alignment at all levels and proactive account management • Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating virtual teams including business development representatives, marketing, partner management, pre-sales, customer success, professional services and partners
• Deliver products to customers and sell additional products, including displays and endcaps, to maximize sales opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new customers, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence. • Plan and execute daily route schedules, visiting customers according to the weekly receiving sheet, and servicing all accounts as required. • Load products at the warehouse daily, maintain truck inventory, and manage inventory levels for assigned customers. • Adhere to safety, Fleet, and DOT policies; communicate daily with the District Manager (DM) regarding sales, potential opportunities, and operational updates. • Conduct routine inspections of the company vehicle and report any major maintenance issues to the DM. • Upload and communicate daily sales transactions using handheld equipment, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the DM. • Ensure stores adhere to planograms (POGs) and maintain displays according to company guidelines. • Make end-of-day calls to the DM to report on completed activities, potential sales opportunities, and plans for the next day. • Perform other duties as assigned, including participation in store resets and special projects as needed.
