• Clearly communicate the Celonis public sector-specific value proposition through presentations and proposals with high quality and deep domain knowledge • Own annual sales targets within your assigned segment/accounts • Partner effectively with your customers, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into tangible outcomes • Engage closely with partners (e.g. consulting firms, technology vendors) and build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships, ensuring alignment at all levels and proactive account management • Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating virtual teams including business development representatives, marketing, partner management, pre-sales, customer success, professional services and partners
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of the German public sector at federal and/or state level, supported by an established professional network
- Strong background in sales and/or management consulting
- Highly ambitious, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and engage with them across complex organizations
- Experience managing complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to navigate direct and matrix organizational structures
- Demonstrated success in working with or through partners—especially consulting firms and enterprise technology providers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German (fluent) and English
- Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
