• Supervise day-to-day operations • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner • Manage innovation, implementation and ongoing support of systems and networks • Manage support teams and evaluating performance metrics • Oversee infrastructure testing, documentation, and change management • Ensure that products and services are delivered on time and within budget • Manage software and hardware installations and upgrades • Maintain computer network infrastructure and ensure network security • Hire and train new IT staff • Ensure continuing education of the latest industry techniques and best practices
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a business administration field or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in technical management
- Ability to manage IT support teams, as well as hire and train new IT staff
- Extensive experience in collaborating with development teams and clients
- Ability to diagnose faults, oversee documentation, and implement required changes
- Ensuring optimal hardware and software functionality, as well as network security
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Travel up to 10%
- Must be on-camera for remote calls.
