Zensar is looking for an experienced a Lead Product Experience Strategist who will be responsible for improving product decision quality before development begins. This role ensures that product direction is grounded in real-world, end-to-end operational workflows (people, process, and systems) to drive measurable business value and clear differentiation. Location: 3 Days Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States This position is open to full-time, offering excellent benefits and strong professional growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Analyze end-to-end operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, failure points, and workarounds - Quantify business impact, including time savings, cost avoidance, error reduction, and risk mitigation - Influence decisions on what to build, modify, defer, or stop prior to development - Define future-state workflows and experience direction to improve efficiency and scalability - Partner early with Product and Engineering teams to challenge assumptions using data and evidence - Support build vs. buy decisions based on workflow insights and business impact What Success Looks Like - Improved decision-making quality before build - Reduced wasted development effort - Measurable operational efficiency gains - Clear differentiation in how work is performed through technology Required Experience - 7–10+ years in product strategy, experience strategy, service design, UX strategy, or strategy-focused product management - Strong operational workflow thinking (beyond UI or feature-level design) - Proven ability to influence product decisions upstream - Demonstrated experience quantifying business impact and communicating outcomes clearly - Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority - Experience in healthcare or other complex/regulated environments is preferred Why This Role is Unique - This role focuses on decision quality, not execution.
