Position Summary We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to support our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and keep executive priorities, projects, and communications running smoothly. The Sr. Administrative Assistant role blends executive administrative support with project coordination and operational follow-through, serving as a central hub for executive workflow across the organization. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Executive Leadership Team Support - Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team with a high degree of professionalism, initiative, confidentiality, and discretion. - Support cross-team collaboration initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and minimizing scheduling conflicts. - Assist with meeting coordination, including logistics and facilitation, as needed. - Assist with expense reconciliation and travel as needed. - Serve as a liaison between executives, senior leaders, Board members, and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-through. - Provide backstop support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO for Board meetings and other executive level meetings. Project & Workflow Management - Track and coordinate executive-level projects, action items, and cross-departmental initiatives to ensure progress and accountability. - Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and documentation in advance of executive meetings, Board meetings, and strategic discussions. Direct partnership to support Executive Assistant to the CEO as needed for Board meetings or other organizational meetings. - Maintain visibility into executive priorities and proactively manage deadlines and deliverables. - Support special projects and organizational initiatives on behalf of the ELT. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements - Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. - 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a complex organizational environment. - Prior experience working for a non-profit preferred. - Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders. - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high-priority tasks with professionalism and confidentiality. - Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, sound judgment, and executive presence. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. - Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems independently.
