Job Requirements
- Erfahrung im Workforce Management oder die nachweisbare Fähigkeit, sich schnell in WFM-Prozesse und -Tools einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel oder Google Sheets (z. B. Pivot-Tabellen, komplexe Formeln, Datenmodellierung)
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Reports und Dashboards
- Kenntnisse in BI-Tools wie Looker, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Lösungen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Kompetenz, aus Daten konkrete Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen abzuleiten
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein diplomatisches Gespür im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

Role Description Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing Procurement Analyst to fill this key role supporting a dynamic and growing joint venture. This role will include activities supporting capture and execution of DCS and DoD contracts for the Iron Dome production as well as subcontracts in support of general operation of the business. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government and company policies and procedures.
