• You create, structure and prioritize user stories, epics and acceptance criteria in Jira • You lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and manage our Kanban processes • You translate requirements from Finance, Business and, where applicable, Compliance into clear technical requirements for the Data team • You prioritize, oversee and accept data products such as dashboards, data pipelines and analyses

• Key member of the engineering team • Jointly responsible for the development and operation of our platform (oskar.de) • Part of a small, agile team collaborating with all areas of the company • Contribute to the platform's development together with the team • Assume operational responsibility and provide 2nd-level support • Monitor observability/monitoring systems and perform incident/error analysis to optimize the platform

• Responsibility for the technical development and operation of the oskar.de platform • Leadership of the engineering team • Responsibility for cloud-based IT infrastructure and coordination of external IT service providers • Backend using .NET and REST APIs in a cloud-based environment (GCP) • Use of Angular in the frontend for web applications • Development of iOS and Android apps with DART/Flutter • Responsibility for compliance, data protection and IT security in a regulated environment • Ensuring stability, availability and further development of the systems • Keep monitoring and automation in mind • Overseeing monitoring and operational responsibility with the team • Handling operational IT necessities
