• Design high-performing paid advertising creatives across digital platforms • Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, booklets, mailers, sales materials, and branded assets • Develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals and brand standards • Support branding, packaging, product design, and creative marketing initiatives • Ensure all deliverables maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail • Design engaging email campaigns and customer communications • Build and manage email assets within Mailchimp, Acoustic, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar platforms • Customize and edit email templates using HTML when needed • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaign launches and ongoing initiatives • Design polished client-facing presentations and internal decks • Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate ideas clearly and effectively • Transform complex information into engaging visual narratives • Design large-format graphics for events, activations, presentations, LED displays, signage, and branded environments • Support creative projects that extend beyond traditional marketing channels • Utilize Figma to support website and UX/UI design projects • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on digital initiatives • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance productivity and creative workflows • Contribute ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and client projects • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, strategists, and project teams • Help maintain consistency across all creative deliverables
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Previous agency experience strongly preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is required)
- Strong experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong experience with Figma and PowerPoint
- Experience designing email marketing campaigns
- Experience working within Mailchimp, Acoustic, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML for email template customization
- Advanced English communication skills (C1+)
