You will be a part of a team of consultants who successfully implement customers on our ComputerEase product, from point of sale to post go live. - Support ComputerEase project delivery – both implementations to successfully configure and setup ComputerEase, as well as post live strategic and best practice consulting support. - Liaise closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution. - Assess and make recommendations for best practice business process workflow design or re-design to customers. - Provide consulting expertise to sales on quotes for consulting services. - Identify and resolve customer challenges, liaising with the project manager and delivery director when applicable. - Use a comprehensive and extensive understanding of ComputerEase to be able to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. - Keep apprised of ComputerEase updates/new releases. - Understand industry accounting principles and their application to the Deltek ComputerEase product line. - Work within budget and time frame requirements for completion of each project. - Provide exceptional customer service. - Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and entrepreneurship. - Display excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related job experience. - ComputerEase Experience is preferred. - Four (4) years or more of implementation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong understanding of, or experience with, accounting principles, project cost accounting and project management is required. - Knowledge of Construction Industry is preferred. - Knowledge of ERP solution implementation is preferred. - Experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office Projects. - Prior travel-related experience preferred. Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to creatively find ways to work around challenges. • Work with assigned portfolio of hotels to evaluate and document product quality levels through the use of the standardized Standards Evaluation process and software. • Schedule and conduct onsite visits with focus on hotel openings, standards Evaluations and re-visits in order to measure overall quality and consistency levels pertaining to brand standards, life safety, cleanliness, physical condition and design and construction. • Schedule and conduct Specialized Visits: • De-identification visits of hotels no longer in the system, to meet stipulations in the License Agreement • Incident reports to record physical damage and potential health concerns • Construction visits to deliver real-time data regarding building progress • Guest satisfaction focused visits to increase hotel performance • Participate in any assigned projects • Consult with hotel management and/or ownership on opportunities to drive consistency, improve physical condition and service levels. • Develop action plans as a guide for hotel management/ownership; listing any opportunities and actions required for improvement along with target dates for completion. • Prepare and provide short recap to internal business partners, recapping the hotel visit, findings and recommendations.
