• Work with assigned portfolio of hotels to evaluate and document product quality levels through the use of the standardized Standards Evaluation process and software. • Schedule and conduct onsite visits with focus on hotel openings, standards Evaluations and re-visits in order to measure overall quality and consistency levels pertaining to brand standards, life safety, cleanliness, physical condition and design and construction. • Schedule and conduct Specialized Visits: • De-identification visits of hotels no longer in the system, to meet stipulations in the License Agreement • Incident reports to record physical damage and potential health concerns • Construction visits to deliver real-time data regarding building progress • Guest satisfaction focused visits to increase hotel performance • Participate in any assigned projects • Consult with hotel management and/or ownership on opportunities to drive consistency, improve physical condition and service levels. • Develop action plans as a guide for hotel management/ownership; listing any opportunities and actions required for improvement along with target dates for completion. • Prepare and provide short recap to internal business partners, recapping the hotel visit, findings and recommendations.

• Lead post-deployment activities for Workday Absence implementations. • Configure and optimize Workday solutions based on customer needs. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery. • Provide expert guidance and support in Absence modules. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Kainos' Workday practice.

Role Description To provide comprehensive communications support for the activities of the National Commission in the areas of gender equality and women’s empowerment through the end of 2026. This includes management of the official website and social media accounts, coverage of events, media monitoring, and engagement of experts. - Weekly updates of relevant information and photographs on the official website and social media platforms. - Coverage of field visits, meetings, roundtables, and training sessions involving members of the National Commission. - Monitoring of traditional and social media, with the preparation of monthly reports on key events and initiatives. - Facilitation of expert participation in national and regional television programs. - Support in organizing online events on family and gender policy issues. - Development and maintenance of a pool of speakers and experts available to provide commentary on relevant topics. - Preparation and promotion of articles, events, and short video materials featuring members of the National Commission. - Particular emphasis on partnerships with bloggers, media outlets, news platforms, and opinion leaders to increase public awareness and visibility of the National Commission. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Political Science, or a related field. - At least 10 years of professional experience in journalism, media, public relations, or strategic communications. - Demonstrated experience in website administration and management of social media accounts and content for institutional or national partners. - Demonstrated experience in engaging experts and coordinating their participation in television and radio programs. - Experience working with government institutions, international organizations, or the expert community will be considered an asset. - Excellent written and spoken Kazakh and Russian language skills are required. - Excellent written and spoken English language skills will be considered an asset. Requirements - Development and implementation of a communications plan for 2026. - Preparation and publication of short video clips featuring members of the National Commission (at least 2 videos per month, with a minimum duration of 2 minutes each). - Preparation and dissemination of press releases and media briefings on key events and areas of work of the National Commission. - Development and implementation of a social media strategy. - Technical support and content management of the National Commission’s website and its official social media pages. - Information coverage of field visits, meetings, roundtables, and training sessions conducted by members of the National Commission. - Monitoring of media and social media, with the provision of monthly reports on key events and initiatives. - Establishment of regular engagement with national media outlets. - Close cooperation with the UN Women communications team.
