Role Description We are seeking an experienced Solutions Delivery Coordinator / Senior Project Manager to lead complex network infrastructure initiatives within a highly regulated enterprise environment. This role is responsible for coordinating large-scale, cross-functional technology deployments, ensuring successful execution of network implementations, change management activities, and service delivery programs across multiple stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate combines strong project delivery expertise with a solid understanding of network infrastructure, change management processes, and stakeholder coordination. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional communication, risk management, and execution skills. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate complex, multi-phase network implementation and service delivery initiatives. - Manage delivery activities across engineering, implementation, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders. - Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and release schedules to ensure successful execution. - Coordinate implementation readiness activities and oversee change and release management processes. - Identify scheduling conflicts, implementation risks, and potential business impacts before deployment. - Ensure all required documentation, governance standards, and compliance requirements are met. - Partner with engineering teams to facilitate Requests for Change (RFCs/CRQs) and implementation planning. - Maintain adherence to enterprise Change Management policies throughout planning, execution, and post-implementation phases. - Participate in incident and problem management reviews related to change activities. - Provide regular project updates, executive communications, and delivery status reporting. Qualifications - 7+ years of project management, program management, or technical service delivery experience. - Experience managing end-to-end delivery accountability for large-scale infrastructure or network-related initiatives. - Strong understanding of networking environments, infrastructure operations, architecture, and engineering functions. - Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple teams. - Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and vendor management skills. - Experience translating business requirements into actionable technical delivery plans. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field. - Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure projects, including DMZ environments and software-defined networking (SDN). - PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications. - Technical certifications such as CCNA are highly desirable. - Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery cost tracking. - Financial services industry experience, including banking, investment banking, wealth management, or insurance environments. - Experience working within highly regulated environments with strong governance and compliance requirements. Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, project management, or operations role — at a startup, consulting firm, or fast-paced tech company. - Structured by default: break complex GTM workstreams into clear tasks, manage competing dependencies without losing the thread, and set up tracking systems that actually get used. - Comfortable with data and reporting: can build a clean dashboard, track KPIs consistently, and turn numbers into a concise status update for stakeholders who don't have time to dig into the details. - Follow through without being asked: own action items end-to-end, chase blockers proactively, and make sure cross-functional alignment doesn't stop at the meeting room door. - Communicate clearly and directly in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) — written and verbal — across teams with different priorities and backgrounds. - Interest in the energy transition context — want to understand how a hardware-plus-subscription business scales, not just manage the process around it. Role Description This position will be responsible for driving capital investment planning and capability deployment across KGSO-East. This role acts as a critical bridge between NPI project teams and regional service production, ensuring timely readiness of test and calibration capabilities to support new product introductions and regional business growth. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). - 8+ years of experience in service operations, engineering, NPI, or capital planning. - Proven experience in CAPEX planning, equipment deployment, or lab/test system setup. - Strong exposure to NPI processes and cross-functional coordination in a global environment. - Experience in calibration, test systems, or measurement solutions is highly preferred. - Solid understanding of test systems, calibration processes, and calibration lab operations. - Familiarity with capital investment planning, financial justification (ROI, business cases). - Knowledge of NPI lifecycle and support readiness requirements. - Comfortable working with tools such as planning systems, dashboards (e.g., Incorta), and ERP systems. - Willingness to support regional collaboration across time zones. - Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage for Greater China coordination.
