Role Description The Manager, Sales Development drives pipeline generation, market expansion, and revenue acceleration by leading a high-performing inbound sales organization within Empower’s hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A and 503B pharmacy environment. This role owns sales development strategy, prospecting execution, talent performance, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment across commercial operations, marketing, analytics, and customer engagement initiatives. - Leverages AI to increase speed, scale, lead quality, workflow efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. - Champions coaching excellence, scalable processes, and resilient teams that consistently exceed aggressive commercial objectives targets. Responsibilities - Sales Leadership - Lead and optimize Empower’s sales development function by establishing scalable inbound strategies. - Utilize AI-enabled analytics to improve targeting precision and enhance forecasting accuracy. - Coach high-performing teams through structured accountability and measurable execution standards. - Talent Development - Recruit, develop, and retain elite sales development talent. - Implement structured onboarding and coaching frameworks. - Leverage AI-driven coaching insights to personalize development plans. - Performance Execution - Drive operational excellence through disciplined management of sales activity metrics. - Establish rigorous performance expectations and monitor execution against strategic objectives. - Utilize AI-powered dashboards to strengthen decision-making and optimize resource allocation. - Market Expansion - Design and execute targeted inbound prospecting initiatives. - Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to align outreach strategies. - Utilize AI-enabled segmentation to improve prospect quality. - Customer Engagement - Establish consistent communication standards and value-driven messaging. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences. - Leverage AI-supported engagement tools to increase responsiveness. - Growth Alignment - Align sales development initiatives with Empower’s enterprise growth strategy. - Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve business visibility. - Apply AI-enabled forecasting tools to identify opportunities and reduce inefficiencies. - Operational Excellence - Continuously improve sales development processes and operational standards. - Utilize AI-driven automation to streamline administrative activities. - Data Governance - Ensure integrity and accuracy across sales development data. - Partner with commercial operations to strengthen reporting visibility. - Compliance Management - Maintain adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Utilize AI-enabled monitoring tools to strengthen compliance visibility. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build strong collaborative partnerships across teams. - Facilitate clear communication and coordinated planning. - Business Communication - Deliver clear communication to executive leadership and stakeholders. - Utilize AI-driven reporting tools to enhance message clarity. - Innovation Leadership - Champion innovation by identifying emerging technologies. - Encourage a culture of continuous learning and data-driven experimentation. Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise leading sales development organizations and inbound prospecting strategies. - Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and AI-enabled analytics tools. - Advanced communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to manage complexity and optimize business processes. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales development or commercial operations leadership roles. - Minimum of 3 years of direct people leadership experience. - Experience utilizing CRM platforms and AI-enabled business solutions. - Strong understanding of inbound sales methodologies and performance optimization frameworks. - Valid driver’s license required for business travel. - Preferred: Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or related commercial leadership credentials. Role Description As a Contractor Nurse / RN (Compact) with Vironix Health, you oversee Medical Assistants work and advance patient escalations to ensure patients are safe and are taking necessary precautions to remain in good health. This role is best for RN’s who are independent, detail-oriented, and reliable. Average earnings are around $45-$55/hr. Role Structure - Fully remote role - Performance-driven: You are paid $35 per billable (not actual / real-time) hour of work you complete. The more quickly and efficiently you complete your work the more you will make per hour. There is no cap on what you can earn hourly or monthly. Core Responsibilities - Provide remote clinical oversight for patients with chronic conditions, including monitoring physiologic/RPM data and identifying care needs. - Develop and maintain individualized care plans while coordinating with medical assistants and clinicians to support whole-person care. - Analyze and interpret patient monitoring data, applying clinical judgment to detect trends, risks, and necessary interventions.
