Role Description As a Contractor Nurse / RN (Compact) with Vironix Health, you oversee Medical Assistants work and advance patient escalations to ensure patients are safe and are taking necessary precautions to remain in good health. This role is best for RN’s who are independent, detail-oriented, and reliable. Average earnings are around $45-$55/hr. Role Structure - Fully remote role - Performance-driven: You are paid $35 per billable (not actual / real-time) hour of work you complete. The more quickly and efficiently you complete your work the more you will make per hour. There is no cap on what you can earn hourly or monthly. Core Responsibilities - Provide remote clinical oversight for patients with chronic conditions, including monitoring physiologic/RPM data and identifying care needs. - Develop and maintain individualized care plans while coordinating with medical assistants and clinicians to support whole-person care. - Analyze and interpret patient monitoring data, applying clinical judgment to detect trends, risks, and necessary interventions. What Success Looks Like - Timely monitoring and documentation completed during business hours. - Clear, proactive communication. - Ownership of assigned patients. - Staying current on workflow. Important Things to Know - You are an Independent contractor (1099), not an employee (W2). - Payments are issued on or around the second Friday of every month after services are completed via direct deposit (e.g., completed monitoring work in January is paid out in February). - Must reside in South Carolina. - Must have an active license: RN, NP, PA or equivalent is acceptable. - Must have a Compact Registered Nursing License. Role Description We're hiring an Operations Manager to own end-to-end service delivery operations for a large-scale technology deployment program. Requirements - Receive and triage deployment requests and work-order submissions. - Review project details within applicable partner portals and track engagements by unique project identifiers. - Build and maintain projects in our work-management system (Wrike) using established templates. - Capture critical project details, including customer information, locations, SKUs and quantities, timelines, project amounts, and revenue periods. - Assign field consultants using our scheduling tool (Resource Guru) based on skill set, availability, project requirements, and proximity. - Coordinate schedules with project stakeholders and ensure assignments remain current. - Proactively address scheduling conflicts and resource gaps. - Calculate and apply project adjustments, including mileage, after-hours, and weekend factors. - Ensure project amounts and revenue recognition data are accurate. - Manage deployment logistics and ensure projects remain on schedule. - Coordinate pre-deployment activities, including technical calls, travel arrangements, and readiness requirements. - Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues. - Ensure completed work orders are properly closed. - Confirm engineers submit required completion documentation. - Transition completed projects to invoicing with accurate supporting information. - Reconcile time and cost center information (Paylocity). - Maintain accurate project and financial records. - Ensure all revenue-related data is properly captured in Wrike. - Support reporting and operational visibility across the organization. - Partner daily with customers, technology partners, finance, staffing/HR, and delivery teams. - Support operational forecasting, including upcoming PTO, contract transitions, and hiring needs. - Help improve processes and operational efficiency.
